7. BOOKING BEAUTY TREATMENTS AND PURCHASING GIFT CARDS

7.4 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

8. CANCELLING A BOOKING

9. Beauty Box Pangbourne RULES

9.1 Clients aged 12–15 may have treatments with written parental consent and must be accompanied. No gel treatments for under-16s.

9.2 Children under 12 may accompany a parent/guardian but must be supervised. We may terminate treatments if safety is at risk.

9.3 No smoking or consumption of alcohol is permitted in the Salon.

9.4 Intoxicated clients will be asked to leave and may be refused service without refund.

9.5 Patch tests are required for some treatments. If not completed in advance, we may cancel the appointment and charge in full.

9.6 Promotions are valid for a limited time and may be revoked at our discretion.

10. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
